This Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as the "Statement") is formulated by cTrader Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "cTrader", "we", "us"). It applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as "you", "users") who access, browse and use the cTraderStore website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and related services (including but not limited to commodity transactions, account registration, content publishing, etc.). This statement is a supplementary clause to the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and has the same legal effect as the aforesaid clauses. Please read the full content of this statement carefully before using the Website and related services. Your access to and use of the Website and related services shall be deemed that you have fully understood and voluntarily accepted all provisions herein. 1. The Website is an intermediary platform under cTrader for transactions of products such as cBot trading robots, indicator tools and plugins (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). It only provides intermediary services including technical support, information display, payment settlement for transactions between users. We do not directly participate in user transactions, act as a transaction party, nor assume any liability for breach of contract arising from transaction contracts between users.
2. All services on this Website are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of service availability, stability, safety and accuracy, warranties of product quality, function, performance and applicability, as well as warranties of transaction safety and compliance. You shall make your own judgment and bear all risks independently when using our services, purchasing or selling products.
3. You confirm that before using the Website and relevant services, you have fully understood the service mode, product features, transaction rules and relevant risks of cTraderStore, and voluntarily bear all possible losses arising from service use and transaction participation, including but not limited to property loss, data loss and rights damage. If User Content infringes legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights and personal rights of third parties, the publishing user shall bear full infringement liabilities and fully compensate us for any losses incurred thereby.

Any disputes arising from transactions between users (including but not limited to product quality issues, functional inconsistency, payment disputes and refund conflicts) shall be settled through negotiation between the two transaction parties. We will not intervene, mediate or bear any joint liabilities. If the dispute involves platform rules, we may only provide relevant transaction records for reference without undertaking any adjudication responsibilities.

We make no commitments or guarantees concerning actual effect, user experience or applicability of any products. 4. The Website only provides product transaction intermediary services and does not review the legality and compliance of products. Sellers shall bear full legal liabilities if products involve illegal content or infringement issues. Sellers shall fully compensate users and us for any resulting losses. We reserve the right to remove illegal products, suspend seller accounts and cooperate with investigations by relevant authorities.
